CRANSTON -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the 2013 Medicare deductible, co-payment, and co-insurance amounts. Medicare is the nation’s health insurance program for people 65 and older and younger people who are disabled for 24 months or who have end stage renal disease.
